Behaviour consultations can be arranged with Rosie to provide assistance with problems between you and your pet. As these often take at least an hour, I cannot deal with them over the phone straight away, they must be scheduled to fit around my other commitments. Problems will have built up over an extended period (often months) so another few hours will not harm in all reality. I make no charge for consultations at present, and feel it is reasonable that the cost of the call is borne by the caller.

Try to keep calm and take notes of your problem so it can be understood. Except in extreme old age or very rare illnesses, pets do have their own reasons for behaving in the way they do. Best understanding of the problem comes from a home visit but this is not always feasible on either part.
